The beginning

Freshfields has always been a dream firm for me. I worked diligently during my studies to pursue a career in dispute resolution, driven by my interest in arbitration, which was sparked by participating in the VIS Moot and the SCCA Moot competitions. I was overjoyed to join the dispute resolution team in Riyadh and witness its growth.
 
The team

Although the team is quite small, I have always felt supported by my fellow legal advisors and our partner. We have become close, often making plans outside of work and enjoying each other's company. At Freshfields, everyone is a teacher, which has encouraged me to learn, ask questions, and observe.
 
The challenge

One of the aspects I have enjoyed the most, and continue to enjoy, is being constantly challenged. Having the right mindset has kept me eager to learn from working alongside bright minds. I have embraced the fact that it's okay to do something for the first time, as long as I aim to improve with each subsequent attempt.
