Nikolaas is based in our Brussels office and is a member of the tax practice group.

His practice encompasses a diverse range of Belgian and cross-border tax work, including in relation to corporate reorganisations, M&A, capital markets and real estate transactions, as well as share based compensation schemes.

Nikolaas also regularly represents clients in seeking tax rulings and in resolving tax controversies. 

He speaks Dutch, English and French.
