He obtained law degrees from Albert-Ludwigs University (Freiburg, Germany) and New York University School of Law (New York City, USA) and speaks English and German.

- Advising Encavis on the delisting offer by KKR, the delisting of Encavis shares from the Frankfurt and Hamburg stock exchanges (“double delisting”) (transaction volume ca. €350 million)
- Advising New Work (formerly XING) on the delisting offer by Burda Media, the delisting of the New Work shares from the Frankfurt stock exchange and the conlcusion of a delisting agreement with Burda Media (transaction volume ca. €100 million)
- Advising DDVG on sale of its DDV media stake to Madsack
- Adivising Bauer Media Group on merger of its online comparison business with Netrisk
- Advising French Fintech solutions provider on acquisition of a German fintech*
