He is part of Freshfield's global People & Reward practice and advises on all aspects of employment law, with a focus on complex national and multinational workforce restructurings, including in the context of transactions; works council matters and board-level employee co-determination, including the election of employee representatives; employment-related compliance; employee data protection; and employment/service and separation agreements for senior management.
