Maximilian Stöwahse primarily advises listed companies on corporate (in particular stock corporation) and capital markets law, including corporate governance, reorganisation and capital measures/corporate finance, as well as regularly on public and private M&A/capital markets transactions. He is part of our global transaction team with a focus on corporate law / M&A.
