Maximilian Sander is a corporate/M&A lawyer and a member of our global transaction team.
He focuses on advising listed companies and investors on corporate and capital markets law. His practice includes corporate governance issues as well as capital, transformation and other structural measures. He also advises on M&A and capital market transactions (in particular public takeovers).
He speaks German and English.
