With extensive experience advising listed and non-listed companies, Hervé’s hands-on approach helps his clients navigate complex M&A transactions across domestic and international markets. His deep understanding of market dynamics and regulatory pressures ensure practical solutions that anticipate and manage risk.
Hervé is also known for his strong expertise in stock market and corporate litigation. He has represented French and international corporates, public companies and the French state in relation to their most complex disputes, crafting innovative strategies that create pathways to success.

- BNP Paribas Group on its exclusive negotiations with AXA for the acquisition of AXA Investment Managers, together with an agreement for a long-term partnership to manage a large part of AXA’s assets;
- La Française des Jeux in relation to its acquisition by way of public tender offer of Kindred (Unibet);
- La Poste on the sale of La Poste Telecom to Bouygues Telecom and the creation of a distribution partnership;
- Electricité de France on the acquisition of part of GE Steam Power’s nuclear power activities (“turbines Arabelles”);
- EDF on the acquisition of Framatome;
- EDF in the sale by Assystem S.A. of its 5% stake in Framatome to EDF;
- CCR in relation to the sale of a controlling stake in CCR RE (privatization) to a consortium formed by SMABTP and MACSF, following a competitive process;
- La Française des Jeux on its Initial Public Offering and privatisation process;
- Total on its US$7.45bn acquisition of Maersk Oil;
- EDF Energies Nouvelles (now EDF Energies Renouvelables) on the acquisition of Futuren (public offer) and the subsequent mandatory squeeze-out of Futuren.
