Sean is a New York-based Senior Associate in our Antitrust, Competition and Trade practice. His practice focuses on antitrust litigation and counseling, commercial litigation and counseling, state and federal criminal and civil antitrust investigations, and multi-jurisdictional merger reviews.
He has represented international clients in a variety of industries, including financial institutions, fintech, pharmaceuticals, oil & gas, bio-agriculture, food production and distribution, laboratory instruments, and information technology.
