Jessamy is the Global Co-Head of the Energy and Real Assets Group and is a partner in the Energy and Infrastructure practice, based in the London office.
She focuses her practice on international public and private M&A in the infrastructure, energy, and real assets markets. She also has extensive experience counseling on business-critical corporate governance matters. Jessamy’s clients include a range of private capital investors, including global pension, infrastructure, and fund managers, as well as FTSE listed companies.
