Henry is a senior associate in our New York office.

He specialises in cross-border transactions, including private M&As, joint ventures and investments in high-growth businesses. He advises a range of corporate clients, with a particular focus on the technology and life sciences sectors. 

Henry has previously worked in the firm’s London and Dubai offices and was also seconded to Novartis, a multinational innovative medicines company.
