Guillemette is a corporate Partner in our global transactions group in Paris.
She focuses on corporate transactions in relation to both private and public M&A deals in a domestic or cross-border context. She also advises clients in relation to corporate governance issues and the setting up of strategic partnerships and joint-venture agreements.

- Renault Group on (i) the structuring and implementation of the separation of its development and manufacturing activities for combustion and hybrid engines and gearboxes, mainly in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Portugal, Spain, Romania and Turkey, (ii) the setting up of a 50/50 joint venture with Geely to create a company dedicated to the development and manufacture of combustion and hybrid engines and gearbox ((i) and (ii) known as Horse) and (iii) the investment as a 10% shareholder of Aramco in the joint venture;
- Renault Group on the carve-out of its electric vehicle and vehicle software defined business to create the Ampere Group;
- Bio-Rad on its binding offer to acquire the all equity interest in French Digital PCR Developer Stilla Technologies;
- Solvay (i) on the sale of its commodity amphoteric surfactants business in North America and Europe to OpenGate Capital, a California based private equity fund; (ii) on the carve-out and disposal of its Acetow activity to Blackstone; (iii) on the carve-out of its Polyamides business to BASF and (iv) in the context of its public offer on Rhodia;
- EDF on the acquisition of GE Vernova's nuclear activities;
- EDF on the sale of part of its stake in Dalkia Investissement, the parent company of ELM, the concession-holder for the urban heating network of Lyon Métropole, to Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations and the establishment of a shareholders' agreement between EDF and Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations;
- Airbus Defense and Space on the carve-out and subsequent sale of its defense sensors and border security businesses;
- Aon France on the acquisition of Delta Assurances, a broker specialising in social protection, business risks and financial risks, and its subsidiary Baloo, a broker specialising in health and personal protection;
- Groupe ADP and its co-investors on the acquisition of a majority stake in Airport International Group, the concessionaire for the Queen Alia International Airport in Amman, Jordan including the structuring and implementation of their shareholders agreement;
- Penta and its shareholders on the exit and sale of the entire share capital to French fintech Qonto, the European market leader for business finance solutions for SMEs;
- SumUp, a mobile payment service provider, on its proposed acquisition of Tiller Systems, a digital point-of-sale software provider based in Paris, France;
- Fluxys on its acquisition, alongside other investors, of 65.01% of Dunkerque LNG’s share capital including the structuring of the joint-venture.
