Thomas advises mainly listed companies in complex corporate law and corporate governance matters. He has a broad experience in advising large stock corporations, domestic and cross-border reorganisations, board room advice (including business judgment rule decisions), shareholders meetings and corporate litigation.
He is recognised for his ability to deal with legally complex corporate matters that require careful judgement. Thomas also has a broad expertise in EU corporate law, including the formation of European Companies, cross-border conversions and cross-border mergers.
Thomas speaks English and French along with his native German.
