Freshfields advises Charterhouse on its partnership with ESTYA
Global law firm Freshfields has advised Charterhouse Capital Partners (“Charterhouse”), one of the longest-established private equity firms operating in Europe, on its partnership with leading French fire safety and security systems provider ESTYA.
Charterhouse will invest alongside ESTYA’s management, who are reinvesting in the company, and Chequers Capital, who will remain a significant shareholder following an initial investment in 2021. The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals.
