Freshfields advises BuzzFeed on its sale of First We Feast

Freshfields advised BuzzFeed, Inc. on its sale of First We Feast and related sub-brands, including the internet show, "Hot-Ones", to Feast Opco LLC, a subsidiary of Soros Fund Management. The transaction closed on December 11, 2024.
