Freshfields advises ASSA ABLOY on the acquisition of SKIDATA

Global law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer (‘Freshfields’) advises ASSA ABLOY on the acquisition of SKIDATA from Kudelksi. Completion of the acquisition is subject to customary regulatory approvals.

ASSA ABLOY, listed on Nasdaq, Stockholm, is a leading global supplier of mechanical and electromechanical locks, locking systems and access control systems.

SKIDATA, headquartered in Austria, is a leading international provider of access systems for public spaces, such as tourist facilities, parking lots, sports stadiums, amusement parks and trade fairs.
