Freshfields appoints new counsel
With effect from 1 May 2022, Tim Elkerbout has been appointed counsel at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP.
Tim Elkerbout is part of the Dutch and global Freshfields finance practice and specialises in (leveraged) financing. He advises sponsors as well as companies and lenders. Tim also has extensive experience in restructuring complex financing transactions. During his career at Freshfields, he was seconded to an investor in the European retail sector in London and to the legal team of a Dutch financial institution.
