Freshfields advises Cognizant on its acquisition of EI-Technologies
Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP (‘Freshfields’) has advised Cognizant on its acquisition of the French operations of EI-Technologies, a Paris-based digital technology consulting firm and leading independent Salesforce specialist in France, for an undisclosed amount.
Cognizant is one of the world's leading professional services companies, transforming clients' business, operating and technology models for the digital era. EI-Technologies is a Salesforce Platinum Partner, and its EI-Institut is among the largest Salesforce Authorized Training Delivery Partner centres in Europe. In addition to Salesforce expertise, EI-Technologies also specialises in Microsoft collaboration platform solutions and CIO advisory services.
The multijurisdictional Freshfields team was led by partners Florent Mazeron and Piers Prichard Jones and senior associate Alex Bond, supported by associate Kamile Bougdira.
The team were also supported by partners Christel Cacioppo who advised on employment matters, Vincent Daniel-Mayeur who advised on tax matters, Jérôme Philippe who advised on antitrust, regulatory and data protection matters, Adam Siegel and Olivia Radin who advised on compliance matters, Giles Pratt who advised on IP, IT and commercial matters and Stéphanie Corbière who advised on finance matters.
