Freshfields advises gategroup on acquisition of LSG Sky Chefs
Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP (‘Freshfields’) has advised Zurich-based gategroup on the acquisition of the European business of Lufthansa’s catering subsidiary LSG Sky Chefs and the conclusion of a long-term catering contract with the Lufthansa Group in Frankfurt and Munich. In addition to the European catering operations, the purchase agreement includes the airline’s lounge business, the retail convenience food specialist Evertaste, manufacturer SPIRIANT and Ringeltaube retail stores.
