Freshfields advises Warburg Pincus on its acquisition of Supplier Assessment Services
Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP (‘Freshfields’) has advised Warburg Pincus, a leading global private equity firm focused on growth investing, on its acquisition of Supplier Assessment Services, a leading provider of technology-enabled third party pre-qualification and health and safety accreditation services in the UK, from Capita plc. The unconditional agreement means the transaction is expected to close in July 2018.
Supplier Assessment Services includes the Constructionline and Acclaim portfolio of products and services and provides compliance services to public and private sector customers in the construction, facilities management, education and utilities industries.
The Freshfields team was led by partners Adrian Maguire, Patrick Ko and Chris Davis, as well as senior associate Alastair Brown.
