About Noël Zamani
Noël is a senior associate in our global transactions group, currently based in the firm's Silicon Valley and Vienna offices.
His practice focuses on emerging companies, financing rounds and joint ventures, in particular in the technology, automotive and life sciences sectors.
In addition, he has vast experience in cross-border M&A transactions across a variety of sectors and was on secondment in South Africa in 2018.
Noël speaks German, English, Spanish and Portuguese.

- neoom, an Austrian-based clean-tech and energy transformation company as issuer in its Series B round and subsequent Series B extension.
- TTTech Auto on its acquisition of a minority stake in Zettascale group, a provider of opensource data and control management solutions in the field of data distribution systems.
- Audi AG as co-investor in the latest equity round of Austrian automotive-tech unicorn TTTech Auto AG.
- The lead investor in the Series B round of German health-tech and nursing care provider Kenbi.
- Volkswagen on its investment into Austrian has.to.be.gmbh, a leading provider of operating systems for e-mobility.
- Volkswagen on its subsequent exit from has.to.be to US-listed Chargepoint Inc.
- Borealis AG on the carve-out and divestment of their worldwide fertilizer and melamine business to Agrofert.
- The lead investor in the seed round of Cogvis, a developer and manufacturer of AI software for human behaviour recognition for medical and nursing home purposes.
- The lead investor in the seed round of Delta4, active in “digital drug discovery” based on proprietary AI and databases.
- Family offices on various Venture Capital investments in the European biotech and healthcare industry.
