Rebecca advises across a broad range of pensions and employment issues, with a particular focus on transactional and advisory work.
Rebecca has extensive experience advising on pensions, employment and incentives issues on corporate transactions, including a number of complex cross-border transactions. Rebecca also advises on complex pensions-specific transactions and agreements, including bespoke funding arrangements, pensions de-risking transactions and scheme mergers, as well as on managing pensions risk in corporate activity.
Rebecca also advises on a broad range of employment and partnership matters, including senior appointments and terminations, redundancy processes, investigations into allegations of employee or partner misconduct and reviews of governance processes.
In 2020, Rebecca was internally seconded for six months to the role of professional support lawyer for the People & Reward team in London, advising on legal updates across employment, pensions and incentives.
In 2016, Rebecca spent six months on secondment to BT's pensions legal team.
Rebecca is a member of the Association of Pensions Lawyers’ Education and Seminars Sub-committee, and is also a member of the Employment Lawyers’ Association.
