- Advising the Périer-D’Ieteren family on the sale of its remaining stake in D’Ieteren Group, to Nayarit Participations SA.
- Advising Anheuser-Busch InBev on the divestment of part of Altria Group Inc.’s shareholding.
- Advising many Belgian listed companies on key financial law, corporate governance and market abuse matters and developments.
- Advising the family shareholders of Gaming1 on the sale of Gaming1, the leader in the Belgian gambling and betting market, to CVC Capital Partners Fund VIII.
- Advising Telenet on its acquisition a 49% stake in the Caviar group, an international production and entertainment company with offices in Brussels, Antwerp, Los Angeles, London, and Paris.
- Advising D’Ieteren Group on its acquisition of a 40% participation in TVH Parts and a EUR 3.65bn long-term partnership with the Thermote family.
- Advising Waterland Private Equity on its participation in The Cookware Company, a global cookware manufacturer with a focus on PFAS-free products.
- Advising Catalent on (i) its acquisition of Delphi Genetics SA, a Belgium-based plasmid DNA cell and gene therapy CDMO and (ii) its acquisition of 100% of the shares in Hepathic Cell Therapy Support SA from Promethera Biosciences SA.
