Tinny is a senior associate in our antitrust, competition, and trade practice, based in Washington D.C. His practice focuses on commercial litigation, antitrust litigation, and antitrust counseling.
Prior to joining Freshfields, Tinny worked at another global law firm, assisting clients on mergers, antitrust litigation and national security issues before the Committee on Foreign Investments (CFIUS).
Additional Information
- Representing Google in its Ad Tech litigation, including U.S. government litigation and civil litigation, and the coordination of their defense in non-U.S. jurisdictions.
