Joe represents clients across multiple industries on US tax aspects of transactional deals, including domestic and cross-border taxable and tax-free mergers and acquisitions, spin-offs, recapitalizations, financing arrangements, investments, partnerships and joint ventures, bankruptcy reorganizations, and securities issuances.
