Christopher is an Associate in the corporate department and member of our Global Transactions Group.
He advises both national and international companies on all aspects of corporate law, in particular on questions of stock corporation law, corporate reorganisations and general meetings, as well as on M&A transactions.
He speaks English and German.

- First legal state exam in Baden-Württemberg after law studies at the University of Mannheim
- Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) at the University of Mannheim
