Jonas is an associate in our Global Transactions Group. He advises insurance companies and other financial institutions, as well as unregulated entities on German and European financial supervisory law with a particular focus on insurance supervisory law.
Jonas is a member of our Insurance Sub-Group. He also advises national and international clients on M&A transactions.
