Jebril is an associate in our New York office focusing on finance matters. Jebril has experience advising financial institutions, investment managers and institutional investors in regard to credit facility structures. Prior to joining Freshfields, Jebril worked for the City of Atlanta in the Municipal Governance division providing advice to city officials on financial agreement proposals, commercial transactions, economic development initiatives and federal legislation and at a multinational law firm representing clients on a variety of corporate, transactional, and commercial matters.
