About Nathan Nadeson
Nathan is an intellectual property litigator with expertise in patents, trade marks, copyright and trade secrets.
He draws on his dual qualifications in law and science to handle technically complex cases in the life sciences (pharmaceuticals, vaccines, biosimilars and genetic engineering) and high tech (solar, GPS, telecommunications and remote encryption) sectors. Nathan has also acted for high profile brands and celebrities in trade mark disputes.
Prior to joining Freshfields, Nathan practised in Sydney at the Australian firm Corrs Chambers Westgarth.
