About Liv Nadan
Liv is a corporate associate in the Global Transactions department in our London office and a member of the firm’s financial institutions team.
She advises on global M&A, corporate reorganisations, corporate governance and other corporate matters across a range of sectors.
Prior to joining Freshfields, Liv qualified and practiced for several years in New Zealand.
Recent work
- Advising Tesco on the sale of its banking business to, and the entry into a long-term strategic partnership with, Barclays
- Advising UBS on its acquisition of Credit Suisse, and subsequent bank merger
- Advising CVC Capital Partners on its acquisition of leading infrastructure fund manager DIF Capital Partners
- Advising Saint-Gobain on the sale of all of its merchanting brands in the UK – including the builders and timber merchant Jewson – to the Stark group based on an enterprise value of €850 million
