About Théodora Milos
Théodora is an Associate in our Brussels office and a member of the corporate team. Théodora focuses on real estate related and environmental aspects of a transaction.
She advises national and international investors, real estate developers, financial institutions, and REITs on all aspects of real estate matters. She has experience in real estate transactions, with a particular focus on acquisitions of companies operating in real estate (offices, commercial properties, semi-industrial properties, nursing homes, and residential projects). She also has experience in lease-back transactions and development of real estate. Théodora advises Belgian and foreign investors or lenders on environmental and urban planning aspects of a transaction, including the obtaining/renewal of permits and issues relating to the waste, soil contamination, and Environmental Impact Assessments.
Théodora is fluent in French, Dutch, English, and Romanian.
Recent work
- Advising Xior Student Housing on its acquisition of a EUR 939m portfolio of Purpose Built Student Accomodation assets developed and operated by BaseCamp.
- Advising Accenture on Belgian real estate aspects of the acquisition of Sentia's businesses in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Bulgaria.
