About Mohit Mahla
Mohit is an associate in our International Arbitration Group.
Mohit is an Indian-qualified lawyer having experience in commercial and investor-State arbitrations. He has advised and represented private clients and States in arbitral proceedings administered under ICC, LCIA, ICSID and UNCITRAL arbitration rules. His practice covers a wide range of sectors, including, healthcare, mining, and infrastructure.
Mohit also has experience of advising and representing clients in ad hoc commercial arbitration proceedings (domestic and international) in India. He has also represented clients in litigation proceedings in various Indian courts, including the Supreme Court of India and the Delhi High Court.
Mohit graduated in law from the National Law University, Patiala (India) and completed his master's from National University of Singapore. He speaks English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
