Basya is a dispute resolution associate in our firm's Amsterdam office.
Her practice focuses on mass claims and commercial litigation. She acts for national and international clients in both domestic and multi-jurisdictional disputes before the Dutch Courts.
Basya is fluent in Dutch and English.

- Advising an international automotive manufacturer on the defence of mass claims in relation to diesel engine emissions before the Dutch District Courts and the Amsterdam Court of Appeal.
- Advising a major energy company on a mass claim before the Dutch Court in relation to an environmental claim.
- Advising and defending a large Dutch energy company in strategic disputes concerning consumer protection rules.
