Greg is a derivatives and structured finance counsel based in New York. Greg’s practice focuses on complex derivative transactions, including regulatory issues, as well as structuring, issuing, financing and restructuring complex financial instruments.
His experience includes work on total return swaps and repurchase agreements; ISDA agreements; repackagings; credit default swaps and credit risk transactions; derivatives and securities regulatory advice; contingent FX and other hedging transactions; and trade receivables securitizations.
