Lily is a corporate associate in our global transactions group in London.
Lily advises clients on public and private M&A transactions and equity capital markets transactions, as well as general corporate and listed company advisory matters.
Lily trained at Freshfields, and was previously seconded to the firm's New York office.
Lily is fluent in Farsi and proficient in French and Spanish.
Recent work
- Advising Hargreaves Lansdown plc on its £5.4bn recommended acquisition by a consortium comprising CVC Private Equity Funds, Nordic Capital XI Delta, SCSp and Platinum Ivy B 2018 RSC Limited.
- Advising His Majesty’s Treasury and UK Government Investments on the proposed retail offer of shares in NatWest Group.
