About Mark Davis
Mark is a partner is our private credit and capital solutions practice. He has acted for financial institutions, private credit funds and corporates on a wide range of financing transactions across the capital structure, including domestic and cross-border private credit, leveraged finance, special situations, stressed and distressed financings, restructurings and other complex transactions. He has spent time on secondment at Goldman Sachs in their private credit group in London.

The private credit lender in connection with the unitranche facility provided to Pollen Street Capital for their take-private of Mattioli Woods, a UK-based wealth management business regulated by the FCA;

The private credit lender in connection with the unitranche facility provided to Bain Capital Tech Ops in respect of their acquisition of the Finova and Iress UK mortgages businesses;

The private credit lender in connection with the unitranche facility provided to Charlesbank Capital Partners for their acquisition of Perspective Financial Group, a UK-based wealth management business regulated by the FCA;

The private credit lender in connection with a holdco PIK facility to support Bain Capital’s bid for the Finnish publicly listed construction technology company, Caverion;

The private credit lenders on the unitranche facility provided to support Oakley Capital’s acquisition of Phenna Group and CTS Group.

Ares on the refinancing of TalkTalk Telecom Group;

An ad hoc committee of creditors of KCA Deutag on its restructuring;
