Caroline advises clients on EU and UK antitrust and regulatory aspects of complex M&A transactions, cartel and behavioural investigations and broader regulatory and strategic competition law matters.
During her time at Freshfields, Caroline spent six months on secondment at the firm’s Hong Kong office.
Caroline is fluent in English and has a working knowledge of Mandarin.
