Peter is an associate in leveraged finance in our global transactions group, based in our London office.
Peter specialises in acting for private equity sponsors and financial investors on leveraged finance acquisitions and refinancings. He has also advised on a number of general corporate finance and refinance transactions.
Recent work
- Advising SumUp, a global leading fintech, on its €1.5bn private credit loan - one of the largest European private credit deals of its kind in recent years.
- Advising Cinven’s portfolio company, Pronet, on its refinancing.
- Advising Fressnapf on its €1.1bn bank and bond financing in connection with Fressnapf's acquisition of Arcaplanet from Cinven and Cinven's minority investment in Fressnapf.
