Niklas advises clients on all aspects of European and German competition law – including on M&A projects, cartel and antitrust proceedings, internal investigations.
As a member of the firm's antirust, competition and trade practice group, Niklas covers the entire range of European and German competition law.
Niklas regularly advises clients on cross-border transactions, including all aspects of merger control, foreign direct investment (FDI) screening and the EU Foreign Subsidies Regulation (FSR). He has broad experience representing clients before the European Commission and the German Federal Cartel Office, and often coordinates local filings in other jurisdictions.
Further, Niklas has extensive experience in antitrust investigations and defending clients in fine proceedings.
Niklas' recent practice includes work for clients active in logistics, pharma / life sciences, consumer products, as well as private capital clients.
