We are a top-tier leveraged loan and high-yield bond team providing integrated, one-stop shop advice on English, New York and local domestic law from our teams based in London and across Europe, New York and Hong Kong.
We advise sponsors, corporates, investment and commercial banks, funds and alternative capital providers across all leveraged loan and high-yield bond products, including European and US cross-border and domestic term loan B financings, high-yield bonds and second lien financings. We also advise on unitranche, mezzanine and private high-yield transactions.

Recent client successes
CVC on the acquisition of Unilever Teas for €4.5bn and relating financing.
Cinven on its acquisition of a majority interest in Ufinet, and the $1.135bn term loan and revolving credit facility to finance the transaction.
Charterhouse Capital and its portfolio company Mirion Technologies on Mirion’s de-SPAC and the related financing.
Permira on the senior and mezzanine loan financings to fund its US$838m acquisition of Tricor (a provider of integrated business, corporate and investor services in the Asia-Pacific region) and all subsequent finance advice (including a dividend recapitalisation, incremental debt raise to fund a bolt-on acquisition and assessing debt financing of bidders in connection with the eventual sale of Tricor to Baring Private Equity Asia at an enterprise value of US$2.76bn).
