Carsten focuses on private equity transactions across Europe. He advises financial sponsors, sovereign wealth funds and corporates on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, (minority) investments, joint ventures, co-investments and management incentivisation.
Carsten has worked with many key financial sponsor clients of the firm. He has extensive experience in a wide range of sectors and frequently advises on transactions in high-growth sectors such as software and technology.
Carsten has been recognized for his work, including being featured in law.com's list of "rising stars" in European private equity.
He is based in Frankfurt and has completed secondments with our financial sponsors teams in London, Hong Kong and Munich.
